Dr. Sami B. Chaouch holds a PhD. in Finance and a Ms. Degree in Management from the University Paris-Dauphine and a business administration degree from HEC, Tunisia. Dr. Sami is an international finance expert in a wide variety of industries, including finance, investment banking, media, tourism and waste management, and worked in various environments in Canada, Europe & the Middle-East. Dr. Sami also served as the Strategic Advisor and Finance/M&A head for Group V Media (Montréal), Chairman of ROI Land Investments Ltd (US-Listed), and other demanding positions. Earlier in his career, Dr. Sami was the Managing Director of a Portfolio Management & Underwriting firm in Cairo.
